Shannon Curtis, FNP-BC

Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner

Shannon began working for Work Health in Ellsworth 2025.

She is a native to Ellsworth and graduate of Ellsworth High School.  She became an RN 1999 and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Husson University. Shannon went on to further her education at the University of Maine obtaining a Master’s Degree in 2008. Has been a Nurse Practitioner for 16 years in Downeast Maine, board certified by the ANCC in Primary/Family Medicine.

Sports play a major role in Shannon’s day-to-day life.  She is the assistant coach for the girls’ basketball team at EHS and is married to the EHS boy’s baseball coach.  Shannon has 3 boys who she follows to many gyms and baseball fields across the eastern seaboard. Her favorite past time is spending time at Molasses Pond at her family camp on the water or sitting by the fire.
